Grayczyk Innovations LLC ("GI," "we," "us") is a Florida company. This policy explains what information we collect through grayczyk.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our software products and apps have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, you provide your name, email address, the topic of your inquiry, and your message. Anything else you choose to include in your message is also collected.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to operate and secure the site.

Cookies. We currently use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, such as a cookie that protects our contact form against forged submissions. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Read and respond to your inquiry
• Evaluate and discuss a potential project or engagement
• Maintain records of our communications with clients and prospective clients
• Protect the site, our business, and others from abuse, fraud, and unlawful activity

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own advertising or marketing.

When we share information

We share personal information only in these situations:

• Service providers. We use service providers that help us operate this website and deliver communications. They may process your information only on our behalf and for that purpose.
• At your request. When you ask us to do something that requires sharing your information with another party, we share what is needed to do it.

• Business transfers. If GI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction. It would remain subject to this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for up to six months. If your message leads to an engagement, or relates to an existing client relationship, we keep it as part of our business records for as long as that relationship and our record-keeping obligations require.

Messages that are abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate are deleted promptly. The exception is a message we preserve to report to law enforcement or to protect our legal rights.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal. We do not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, and we do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities on our site. Because there is no such tracking to turn off, we respond to all visitors the same way whether or not these signals are sent.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Send your request using the form at the bottom of this page. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. We will respond within 30 days.

We may keep information we are required to retain by law, or that we need to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

GI is based in the United States, and information you send to us is processed in the United States. Where the law of your country requires a legal basis for processing, we process contact form information to respond to your request and to take steps you ask for before entering into an agreement. You may contact us to exercise any rights you have under applicable law, and you may also contact your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If we make a material change, we will note it clearly on this page.
