Digital Video Production

GI founder Stan Grayczyk as a United States Marine Corps Combat Videographer in 1997.

Videography

Our Videography services are currently available on a limited basis. If you are here for videography (actual shooting of raw video) services, please fill out our Free Quote Request Form. Please be sure to include as many details about the video production (as well as date, time, location, expected edited length, etc.) and we'll let you know if we are available for your shoot.

Nonlinear Editing

All of our editing work is done on nonlinear editing systems. Unlike linear (tape-to-tape) editing, nonlinear editing results in a finished product with ZERO quality loss from the original footage. And when the editing is finished, we can record it to whatever media you'd like.

Unlike many production houses where your tape is shot by one person and handed off to someone else for editing, our videographers are also experienced editors! This means that if we shot your video, the editor will already be familiar with the footage. This results in lower editing time and a better overall understanding of your production, thus ensuring the highest quality possible.

In-House Supported Formats

Physical Media: DVD-Video, DVD-R, DVD+R, VCD, CD-ROM...*
Electronic Media: AVI, MPEG, MP3, WAV...
*In-house supported formats are based on demand. The formats listed above will always be supported.

It is important to remember that for electronic media to display full-screen on a standard NTSC television without any quality loss, the raw video resolution must be at least 720x480. Such a file can be quite large (sometimes over 2GB for 30 minutes), so naturally a DVD-R would be the ideal format to give to us.

If your video is in any format not supported in-house, as long as you have a player (and are in the Tampa Bay Area) we can support it too. No, we won't ask to borrow your equipment. Our editor can stop by your location and digitize your video on-site! We'll then bring it back here for editing. If you want the finished video recorded back to the original format, we can either provide you with a copy on DVD that you can copy, or we can bring our equipment back to your location and record to the target media on-site.
