No Merchant Account? No SSL? No Problem!

Our most popular e-commerce system is the PayPal shopping cart. For those that still don't know, PayPal is a service that allows you to accept credit cards (as well as debit cards, e-check, & PayPal funds transfers) online without a merchant account. Accounts are free, and you don't need a certificate or SSL on your website, as payments are processed through PayPal's own secure servers. Per-transaction fees are even less than those of most merchant account services we've found.

Many merchant accounts also offer an API service that will allow web-based credit card processing without the need for server certificates, etc. These systems are similar to using PayPal in that the actual transaction takes place on your processor's website. These are usually similar in complexity to PayPal, and we do everything possible to keep the process from cart to completed transaction to as few steps as possible.
