How to Get Files to Us...
Whether it's photos, sketches, text, etc., if we're working with you on a project, you're most
likely going to need to send us files at some point. Below are various ways to send us files for
your projects.
CD/DVD
You may burn your file(s) to a standard CD-R or DVD-R (or DVD+R) and mail or send via FedEx, UPS,
etc. to our
office. If you are in the local area, you may bring the
files to our office in-person Monday through Friday, 10AM to 5PM (please call first to make sure
we're available).
Email
If the files are under 9Mb and
virus free, you may email them to us. If we are
working with you on a project, you will have an email address where you can send us files. If for
some reason you don't have an email address for us, give us a call and we'll tell you where you
can send them.
If you send us files via email, please follow-up within 24 hours via phone or email to ensure that
the email was sent successfully. Sometimes with large emails, the connection to the mail server may
"time out" and the email will not be delivered. Your email program may or may not give you a notice
when this occurs. Other times, the email may have been quarantined or refused by our server because of
the message size or attahment type. Again, you may or may not be notified in the event of a delivery
failure.
Hint: You can reduce file sizes of many file types by compressing them into a ZIP or RAR archive.
URL
If you have access to a web server, you can package your files in a zip archive and upload them to
your server. You can then simply send us a link via email to download the file(s).
Other Methods
If you are familiar with FTP, we may give you an account on our FTP server. You'll be
able to log in and send the files directly to us. This is usually the fastest method if you need to
send us a lot of files.
Note: Only send us files if we are actively working with you on a project,
or if we've worked with you before. For security reasons, we cannot accept unexpected files.
