Support Tip #12: If you keep going over quota with your email account, adjusting your spam filters and setting your email program to delete messages from the server after 5 days can keep this to a minimum.

Project Delivery Options

Almost everything we do involves the creation of one or more files that need to be delivered to you. Below are various ways we can get files to you...

Publish to Web

If your project is a website, we'll most likely be uploading the site to its home on the web when the project is finished. This is about the easiest, and hassle-free type of delivery that can be made. Also, if requested, we can deliver a backup copy of all the files via another method below.

Email

If the files aren't very big, we can zip them up and email them to you. With all projects that aren't full websites or website updates, this is the most hassle-free method of delivery.

URL/Link

If the files are too big for email, or if your email filters out attachments of certain types, we can put the file on our web server and simply email you a link to download it.

FTP

Quite often deliverable files are even too big to be practical for the URL method (such is often the case with enormous print-ready files). In this case, we can give you an account on our FTP server and put the files there for you to download. We'll email you the login details. We'll also include a link that will work in any FTP-capable web browser (such as Internet Explorer) if you are unfamiliar with FTP. Then you simply drag the files to a folder on your computer.

CD/DVD

If your files are just too big for any above methods - or if your internet connection is too slow for those methods to be practical, We can burn your files to a CD or DVD and mail them to you.
