Grayczyk Innovations is actively seeking sales representatives to help us grow. Position will include making B2B calls, door-to-door prospecting and following up on targeted mailings. Income potential only limited by your desire to succeed. This position is suited for one full-time candidate or up to three part-time candidates. For the right person, this can become a very rewarding position. You will also earn a commission on repeat business on your accounts.

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills. A good understanding of computers and the Internet is preferred, but we can train you as needed on this and our core services to allow you to speak confidently and answer basic questions. Our staff will also be available to answer more technical questions as needed.

Candidates will meet the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

• Tampa Bay Area residents preferred, but not required
• Must be a United States Citizen, or legally allowed to work in the US and fluent in English
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a virtual/telecommuting setting
• Telemarketing/sales experience
• Must have B2B sales experience
• Must be able to sell without the use of any spamming or any other unethical/illegal tactics
• Must have a professional work ethic and communication style on the phone, via email, and in-person
• Should be comfortable with door-to-door prospecting, distributing company literature, and explaining our services (will train on our services)
• Must be reliable, well-organized, punctual, and customer service focused
• Need to have your own phone, computer, Internet connection and transportation

We're always looking for talented web developers to work with us on an as-needed basis. We primarily develop in ASP and .NET, but all disciplines are welcome.

CODING/PROGRAMMING SKILLS...

All of the following skillsets:
• HTML, CSS, familiarity with JavaScript/DHTML
  
  At least one of the following skillsets:
• ASP (VBScript), .NET, Access, SQL Server, MSDE
• PHP (the most recent version), MySQL
• Other technologies like ColdFusion, Perl, etc.
  
  Nice to have skills:
• XML, XHTML, a working knowledge of ActionScript & its ability to work with server-side scripting

OTHER SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EQUIPMENT...

• Your code must be clean and easy to maintain/update/upgrade. You must be able to code by hand.
• Must be familiar with FTP, and have an FTP client or FTP-capable browser.
• Must be familiar with ZIP & RAR archives and have software to create and extract at least one of those formats.
• Must be able to code for cross-browser/ cross-platform usage.
• You must have your own equipment including computer, Internet connection (broadband), phone, etc.
• We don't care what software you use to code as long as you create clean, easily updatable code (if you prefer plain text editors like Notepad, even better)
• You must have a proper development environment for your skillset.
• Not essential, but would be nice: Should have access to Apache, MySQL, and PHP development environments (if not, we can provide you with access to such environments as needed)

ABOUT YOU...

• Must be a US Citizen, or legally allowed to work in the US and fluent in English
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently from your home/ home office
• Must be well-organized and reliable; must be able to meet deadlines

YOUR ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES...

• You will work on an as-needed basis as a 1099 Independent Contractor
• No direct-contact with the end client. You'll get all specs, info, and approvals from one source - us.
• Your projects may be self-contained or compartmentalized. Must be able to plan & work around features you may not be directly contributing to the end-project.
