Problems Contacting Us?
Have you tried contacting us via email to only have your message bounce back
to you? If so, your IP address may have been blacklisted by our server, or we
may have manually banned it because of a flow of virus-generated emails
originating from your IP address (or whoever had your IP address at the time it
may have been banned).
Or perhaps you've sent us an email that we never replied to? Rest assured,
we're not ignoring you (well if you are an overseas development firm trying
to get us to outsource to you, we are probably ignoring you). Odds are, if
you're not a current customer, or have not been personally given an email
address to use by a GI Representative, you are probably either guessing
a common email address (e.g. "support..", "info..", etc.), or you are using
an email address that was published somewhere. For obvious reasons, we'll
only address the latter here. Publishing an email address either on the web
or even in print pretty much guarantees that it will eventually become so
flooded with spam that the only way it can be useful is to only accept email
from addresses on a "whitelist". Because this isn't really useful for
getting messages from people we don't already have a relationship with, the
solution we have in place is our
Contact
Section on this site. There, you can choose an appropriate form and send us
a message. This is the only way to guarantee that someone will read and
respond to an email from you if we have not given you an email address to
use.
