Hours of Operation
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (U.S. Eastern Time).
But because we work with clients in a variety of time zones across the globe
with varying schedules, we try our best to work around you. We do charge a
small rush fee if you need work done over a weekend, U.S. Federal Holidays, or
if you require an unusually fast turn-around.
Our office is not open to walk-ins. If you need to drop something off at our
office, or need to discuss something with us in-person, please call us to schedule
an appointment.
[+/-] When contacting us about a new project...
- Please do not be vague. The more information you provide to us, the better
we will be able to serve you, the faster your turnaround time will be, and
in many cases, the lower your bill will be. If you're not quite sure what
you're looking for specifically, explain your situation as completely as
possible to one of our representatives, and we will work with you from
concept to completion to ensure that your final product is everything you
had hoped it would be.
- The best way to get a project rolling is to complete our
Quote Form.
This will provide us with all of the information we need to provide you
with a realistic quote and get going on your project.
- Please know that all of our services are 100% custom. We do not use
any cookie-cutter or canned solutions. If this is what you are looking for,
it is pretty much the only thing we will not do. However, if you have
a cookie-cutter-type solution that you need customized or tweaked to better
fit your needs - and your software license allows it (or rather, doesn't
prohibit it), we can do this for you.
- A great many of our customers come to us
because they know their need is unique and hasn't been done before (at the
very least, not in a way quite like they need it done), and that we can make
their vision a reality! We try to put something new, something unique,
something we've never done before in every project - even if it's a pretty
standard project. It's just what we do here. Life would be pretty boring
if we just pushed the same set of solutions on every customer, or if we
specialized in a single solution.
- We work with confidential and sensitive information every day. Rest
assured, any non-public information you provide to us will be held in the
strictest confidence.
- Project-related communications may be logged or recorded for quality
assurance purposes.
