What We Do

Grayczyk Innovations designs and builds AI-powered, cloud-native software and automation tools. Most work starts from a concrete problem and becomes a focused tool, service, or integration that is easy to explain, operate, and evolve.

Product features & extensions

Designing and implementing targeted features, workflows, and AI-powered capabilities for existing applications, with an eye on performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.

Cloud-native systems

ASP.NET Core APIs, background services, and multi-tenant apps-typically on Azure with modern data stores-designed for reliability, logging, diagnostics, and AI integrations from day one.

Automation & internal tools

Glue systems, internal tools, and AI-powered assistants that reduce manual work, streamline workflows, and bridge gaps between the systems you already rely on.

Secure data handling & lifecycle

Attention to how data flows through your systems-collected, enriched, indexed for search or RAG, accessed, and eventually retired-with practical safeguards and clear operational stories around it.

Who GI is right for

GI is a good fit for decision-makers who want senior-level thinking and hands-on implementation in the same place, especially where there's a concrete problem to solve.

Small product teams

You have a product in market or in-flight, and you need specific capabilities, integrations, or refactoring work that your current team doesn't have the bandwidth to take on.

Leaders with clear pain points

You know what's slowing your team down- manual workflows, brittle scripts, patchy code or missing tooling- and you'd like a pragmatic partner to help turn that into something robust.

Selective bespoke work

GI only takes on engagements where there's clear value, a realistic scope, and a total budget of at least 25K. If something is off, that's made clear early so nobody burns cycles on the wrong thing.

Product-minded organizations

Teams that think in terms of roadmaps, operations, and long-term ownership, not just "yet another tool." GI works best where the systems we touch are ones you actually care about running well.

About Grayczyk Innovations

Grayczyk Innovations (GI) is a small engineering studio that has been designing and building custom solutions since 1999. Over that time, GI has supported clients ranging from small teams to large multinational organizations.

Our focus these days is on AI-powered, cloud-native .NET systems, targeted automation, and internal tools that make everyday work less painful, more productive and more reliable.

Much of our work today is product-driven: shaping and operating a growing portfolio of tools and services, and occasionally partnering with select organizations where the fit is strong and the problem is well-defined.

Start a conversation

Whether you're scoping a project, evaluating a potential partnership, or checking if an idea is feasible, a short, straightforward conversation is usually the best place to start.

  • • Best for: concrete goals or pain points, even if the solution is still open-ended
  • • Expect: candid feedback, realistic scope, and trade-offs called out up front
  • • Less ideal for: projects that are dependent on future contract awards or unconfirmed client commitments.
